Add recording for automated webinar


When creating/editing your webinar you can add a recording near the heading "Webinar". You can do this later as well, before the webinar is actually broadcasted you can make sure the recording has been added.

For the recording, you have several options:

  • You have a pre-existing video you’d like to use, this can be added as a YouTube link, a Vimeo MP4 link or any other link as long as it’s an .MP4 file (preferably using x264 video and AAC audio).

  • You have a recording of a live webinar. Your slides and interactions you’ve used will be reused at the appropriate moments.

  • You don’t have a recording. In that case you have the option to create a live webinar and keep it without viewers, afterwards you can use this recording for your automated webinars.

Add external video

At the top of the webinar wizard, click on "Webinar", at "Webinar video" you can add an external webinar recording.

Paste the URL at "Webinar video" and don’t forget to click that "Save" button. Click here for more information on the use of external videos.

Please note: Always test the recording by clicking on "Test the webinar" after recording in the webinar dashboard.


Use live webinar recording

You can also still choose to use a live webinar recording. At the top of the webinar wizard, click on "Webinar". Select a live webinar at "Use live recording" and click save.



Here, the interactions and presentation will be utilized for the automated webinar, just like you’ve used them during the live webinar.

Please note: Always test the recording by clicking on "Test the webinar" after recording in the webinar dashboard.
