Setting date and time


A live webinar happens on a predetermined date and time.

Select the day, month, and year by clicking on the arrows or click on the calendar to quickly choose a date. Next, select the preferred time you’d like to give the webinar at.


 


Changing date and time

Checking the date and time of the webinar is also an option after receiving all webinar registrations.

In the overview, click on your webinar, the webinar wizard will now be opened. Now click on "Create".

Scroll down and click on "Edit" > "Change Time". Choose the broadcast you’d like to edit the time for..

Change the date and time and make sure to click on "Save".

Published Webinar
Click on your webinar in the overview and choose "Edit webinar".
Scroll down and click on "Edit" > "Change Time". Choose the broadcast you’d like to edit the time for.
Change the date and time and make sure to click on "Save".

Please note: Make sure to send the people that already registered a notification about the change. This way, you can avoid disappointments in the future.

Cancel the webinar

You can cancel the broadcast if you are not able to host the webinar or want to reschedule the webinar.

Go to edit your webinar. Scroll down until you see the broadcast. Then click on ‘Edit’ for the broadcast you want to cancel. Afterward, click on ‘Cancel Broadcast’. A pop up will appear to confirm your cancellation. You can cancel up to 5 minutes before your webinar is scheduled.

The canceled broadcast is no longer visible on the registration page, embed and channel.

Automatic emails will no longer be sent. Therefore, you can immediately send a modified reminder email to inform your registrants about the webinar. You can create this email if you go to Emails > New email > Reminder email. You have to send the mail via the ‘send now’ option, because the broadcast is not available with a planned mail.

The triggers of your integrations will no longer be active for the canceled event. If the registrants of your webinar click on the watch link, they will be notified about the cancellation of the webinar. The registrants should contact the host for more information.
