In the webinar dashboard , choose "Open live webinar" to enter the live environment
In the control panel, click on the "lightning" icon to your right, choose "Start". This is where you have the option to start your prepared interactions.
Select your call-to-action, poll or info box. Set a display timer and click "Start".
Before you’re live, you can only start an interaction for an indefinite amount of time.
During the live webinar the standard timer is set to 1 minute and 30 sec, which can always be changed. When you’d like to use the indefinite time during the live webinar as well, you should click on the switch that says "Defined amount of time".
After starting an interaction, jump over to "Active", here you’ll be able to see how long the started interaction will still be visible for, and you have the choice to stop it sooner than planned by click on the red square.
At "Completed" you’ll see the interactions that already happened, for polls you’ll also see the voting results.
With the "Hand" icon you can easily and quickly as the opinion of your viewers, allow them to use a thumbs up or thumbs down.
For example, you could choose to do this to quickly ask for opinions with the answer options: "AGREE" or "DISAGREE". Participants can give a thumbs up or thumbs down to indicate their thoughts. It’s a super fast way to get the public’s response.
Click on the switch to enable the "Hand" icon, the viewers will see it in the chat, in the top right they can click on a thumbs up or thumbs down. They always have the option to alter their choice.
The answers can be reset by choosing "Reset hands". No data about these interactions will be saved in the "Statistics".
