Subscription


To manage your WebinarGeek subscription, click on "Account" and choose "Subscription".


Activate subscription

When you believe in the power of webinars just like we do, you’d want to know how to subscribe to our webinar service.

Click on "Account" and choose "Subscription". An overview of the available WebinarGeek packages will be displayed.

You can choose to pay monthly or annually for your subscription. A payment will always be made in advance for the entire chosen period.

With an annual payment you will receive a discount!


Payment options

We offer two ways of payment for a subscription. You can pay with a credit card or using direct debit payment. To activate a pre-authorized debit payment, use iDEAL, Bancontact or SOFORT.

Invoice payments are only possible for an annual subscription after contacting us. Use our live chat to discuss the possibilities with one of our customer service employees.


VAT

The Netherlands

If you are from The Netherlands you will be charged 21% VAT.

EU Member State countries

EU Member State countries with a valid VAT number will receive their invoice according to the “Reverse-Charge” procedure.

If you don’t have a valid VAT number you are charged the VAT rate of your respective country of origin.

Countries outside the EU

They will be charged with 0% VAT.


Upgrading and downgrading

Upgrading

Want to upgrade your subscription? You can immediately do this by clicking on "Account" > "Subscription" in the top right.

Next, click on "Edit" >  "Upgrade" > "Confirm payment".

The upgrade will be active right away, so you can instantly start using the extra features. After the payment, you’ll find the invoice in your account under "invoices".

Downgrading

In the top right, click on "Account" > "Subscription". Next, click on “Edit” > "Downgrade" > "Confirm". The downgrade is valid from the next payment onwards.


Pausing

Not using WebinarGeek for a while? Feel free to pause your subscription.

You can do this once a year for a maximum of two months.

When your subscription has been paused, you won’t be able to view your recordings and webinars. Registration pages will remain active. Your account with all your details and settings will also be kept.

When you choose to pause, you can keep using your current subscription until the end of the period, until the next payment was planned. Afterwards, your subscription will be paused until a date of your choice.

In the top right, click on "Account" > "Subscription". Next, choose "Pause".


Canceling

It’s possible you’ll find yourself in a situation you don’t want to organize any webinars temporarily or indefinitely. That’s when cancelling your WebinarGeek account makes sense.

In the top right, click on "Account" > "Subscription". Next, choose "Cancel".

You can stop your current subscription at any given moment and keep using WebinarGeek until the end of the period you paid for.

Please note: An account without an active subscription, is only kept for a limited amount of time. Afterwards, your account will be permanently removed including all data and recordings.
