Webinar dashboard


After publishing the webinar, you’ll get redirected to the webinar dashboard.

The webinar dashboard provides an overview of the most important webinar information.

You can also navigate here by clicking “View details” in the overview for all your webinars.


The webinar room

Click on your published webinar to open the webinar dashboard.

The webinar room is the page where it’s all going to happen. From the webinar room, you’ll be broadcasting the live webinar.

You can enter the webinar room 3 hours before the webinar actually starts. Do this by clicking "Open live webinar" in the webinar dashboard.

When you’re webinar is planned further into the future than 3 hours before the starting time, you’ll see a button that says "Open the webinar here soon".

 

After clicking on "Open live webinar", you’ll enter the webinar room. Allow WebinarGeek to use your camera and microphone (in case you didn’t do so already) by choosing "Allow".

 

At this moment in time you’re not live yet.


Edit your webinar

In the overview for all webinars, choose your current webinar.

In the top right, click on "Edit webinar" to open the webinar wizard and change the settings.


Test your webinar

Click on your published webinar to open your webinar dashboard.

In the top left section of the webinar dashboard, click on "Test the webinar" to test out your webinar.

Webinar statistics

Click on the published webinar to open your webinar dashboard.

In the top left section of the webinar dashboard, click on "Statistics" to view your webinar statistics. Want to learn more about webinar statistics? Click here.


Overview

Click on the published webinar to open your webinar dashboard.

On your left, there’s an overview of all the registrations, viewers, planned emails and delivered emails. The confirmation email isn’t taken into account here, because it’s delivered automatically after registration.

On your left, near "Registration page", you’ll find the registration link for the webinar that’s directly shareable on your social channels.

If you want to add contacts yourself, you have two options.

  • Csv import, you do this if you have a long list of contacts you want to import.
  • Manually add one, if you want to add a few more registrations you can also do this manually.

Please note: don’t import contacts for a webinar when you didn’t receive explicit permission from the contacts in question. Want to learn more about importing contacts? Click here.

Click on the 3 dots to continue the statistics of your registrations or for the one-click registration link, here you’ll find more information about this link.


Webinar notifications

Click on the published webinar to open the webinar dashboard.

Click on the speech bubble to open a useful timeline with an overview of the most important events and practical tips.


Broadcasts

Click on the published webinar to open the webinar dashboard.

At the bottom of the webinar dashboard, you can find an overview of the webinar broadcasts. For each broadcast you’ll see the number of registrations and for a completed broadcast you’ll also see the number of viewers.

You’ll also find the button "Options” and “Replay” here.

For "Replay", you have the option to change several replay settings for previous broadcasts.

You have the option to view the replay, download it, share a public link or edit settings.

Using the button "Options", there are several choices:

  • go directly to the statistic
  • live chatting during the webinar as a moderator
  • change date and time
  • remove the broadcast

For broadcasts that already finished, you also have the option to:

  • use the recording for an on demand webinar
  • use the recording for an automated webinar


Extra users

Click on the published webinar to open the webinar dashboard and scroll down.

Here you’ll find the presenter and other users you’ve added. This can be a co-presenter or a moderator.

Click "Add" under the presenter to add another user. Next, add a co-presenter or moderator.

Want to resend the invitation email?

Choose “Options” > “Resend invitation email” or simply share the links yourself.
