Webinar page

The webinar page is the page viewers get to see before and during your webinar.

Edit webinar page

Click on your webinar > "Edit webinar" > "Webinar" > “Webinar page”.

Click on the orange button "Edit webinar page" to go to the page editor.

On the left side in the page editor you have the ability to change the colors. You can edit the main color, secondary color and chat name colors. Enter your custom color code or click on the color in the color picker to set it.

Above your webinar video you can change the title. Click the pencil icon to change the webinar title, if you’d like to recover the title, click the arrow where the pencil icon used to be.

In the bottom right, you can edit the text: "Send a public/private chat message" in the placeholder.

Edit start/end slide

Before starting the webinar, you can show a start slide. This is a slide viewers will see before the actual webinar starts. After the webinar ends, an end slide can be displayed, unless you set up a sales page.

This option is only available for live and automated webinars.

Click on your webinar > "Edit webinar" > "Webinar" > “Webinar page”.

Click on the orange button "Edit webinar page" to go to the page editor.

You can set the start slide at “Webinar hasn’t started yet”, do this by clicking on “Replace slide” and uploading a file from your computer (max. 1 mb). As soon as you do this you’ll immediately be able to see it in the preview.

Click on “Webinar finished” to set an end slide. This will only be shown when you didn’t set a sales page.

Side-by-side aspect ratio

After you uploaded the presentation in your webinar you can change the aspect ration of the side-by-side.

Click on your webinar > "Edit webinar" > "Webinar" > “Webinar page”.

Click on the orange button "Edit webinar page" to go to the page editor and choose “In progress”.

The settings will choose 30% camera and 70% presentation by default., allowing the presentation to be optimally displayed (which is often the most important element of the broadcast).

You can change the aspect ratio to e.g. 50/50%, or another ratio of your preference.

Click with your mouse on the double arrow-icon, hold down the left mouse button and drag left or right to edit the aspect ratio.

When releasing the left mouse button, the aspect ratio will be chosen and autosaved. You cannot reduce the camera or slide more than 30% of the total ratio.
