# Brevo & WebinarGeek integration

## Brevo & WebinarGeek

Connect WebinarGeek to Brevo and let your webinar data do the follow-up. No exports, no copy-paste, no one falling through the cracks.

### Webinar data in Brevo

Every registration creates or updates a subscriber in Brevo. First name, last name and email address go across by default. Need more than that? With a bit of setup you can also send company name, phone number, country, city, zipcode and state.

### Ten triggers, not just registrations

A webinar tells you more than who signed up. Someone pays for a seat, joins live, watches the replay later, misses the session completely, passes your assessment or completes a conversion. Each of those moments can create or update a subscriber in Brevo, or add them to the right mailing list.

### Your WebinarGeek opt-in decides what syncs

The integration follows the email opt-in field on your WebinarGeek registration form. Someone who does not tick it is not created in Brevo and not added to a mailing list. The consent you collect on the registration page is the consent that travels with the contact.

## Popular use cases

Use your webinar triggers to follow up on what each contact actually did. Here are a few ways teams put the integration to work.

### Follow up on no-shows

Someone registered and never showed up? The no-show trigger puts them on their own list in Brevo, so you can send the replay while it is still relevant to them.

### Split live viewers and replay viewers

Live viewers and replay viewers fire different triggers. Give each group its own list and a follow-up that matches what they actually watched.

### Act on a passed assessment

When someone passes your assessment, add them to a list in Brevo for their certificate, the next course in the series, or a call with your sales team.
