At WebinarGeek, we’re looking for an Performance Marketer who’s not just skilled in SEA and SEO, but also understands how AI is rewriting the playbook. You’ll launch high-performing Google Ads campaigns and grow organic traffic with smart, AI-augmented content strategies.

You’ll join an innovative marketing team and help us accelerate growth in both local and international markets. You’re not a black-box marketer. You think critically, test relentlessly, and rely on data to drive every move. Curious, experimental, and ready to push boundaries with AI.

Who you are

    • An expert in SEA, especially Google Ads (Performance Max, search, display, YouTube)
  • Proven track record in SEO and scaling with smart, AI-supported strategies
  • Actively experimenting with AI tools (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
  • Highly data-driven, fluent in GA4, Looker Studio, and tag management
  • A growth hacker mindset: curious, iterative, analytical
  • Critically-minded: toward data, assumptions, and your own work
  • Bonus: experience with scripting, feed-based campaigns, or LLM integrations

Your responsibilities

Build and optimize high-performing SEA campaigns with smart automation and AI-driven copy

Improve SEO with a strategic and technical mindset (content clusters, AI-powered validation, structured data)

Experiment with AI to improve performance — from headlines to automated A/B testing

#4

Create dashboards and reports that turn insights into action

#5

Collaborate with content, design, and dev to deliver impactful marketing

#6

Stay sharp on trends in search, AI, and automation and share those insights with the team
