We’ve rolled out several updates this month designed to help you reach new audiences, streamline your workflows, and improve the webinar experience from start to finish. Here's what’s new in WebinarGeek.
New: Localization Page
Webinars aren’t bound by borders, and now, neither are you. Our new Localization Page, accessible directly from your account menu, gives you the tools to make your webinars multilingual and globally accessible.
What you can do now:
Translate live captions automatically into multiple languages in real time, making it easier for international attendees to follow along
Enable translated captions for recorded webinars so your on-demand content is just as accessible as your live events
Set your preferred translation settings for future webinars so everything runs smoothly by default
Got viewers in Berlin, Barcelona, or Bangkok? Now they can follow along just as easily as someone in Breda. Reach new audiences without needing to create separate versions of the same webinar.
New Scheduling Option: Pick a Day of the Month
You asked, we delivered: you can now schedule webinars to run on a specific day of the month, like the first Monday or last Friday. This small update makes recurring scheduling easier and more aligned with how you run your webinars.
Benefits:
Perfect for monthly updates, newsletters, or recurring workshops
Avoids the need to manually reconfigure dates every month
Keeps your schedule aligned with internal or external events (like end-of-month reports or new feature rollouts)
Email Editor Upgrade: Drag & Drop Footer Elements
Your footer is no longer just fine print. Now you can drag and drop links to your social channels, website, or other platforms right into the footer using the email editor.
Benefits:
Reinforce your brand presence with clickable links to your channels
Improve audience engagement by guiding subscribers to follow, connect, or learn more
Save time with an intuitive drag-and-drop interface, no design or code needed
Add a Video to Your Registration Page Summary
Want to make your registration page more personal? You can now add a summary video to your webinar registration page. Drop in a quick teaser, a personal invite, or a sneak peek of the content to hook visitors right away.
Benefits:
Increase signups by showing the value of your webinar in just a few seconds
Build trust and familiarity with a short face-to-camera message or highlight reel
Re-use existing video content from social, YouTube, or past webinars
It’s an easy way to bring your registration page to life and a smart move for conversions.
More Automation: Add Webinar Dates via API or Zapier
If you're using automation tools to manage your webinars, this one's for you. You can now add new webinar dates to existing webinars automatically using our API or Zapier.
Benefits:
Connect WebinarGeek with your CRM, calendar, or marketing platform to trigger new dates based on user actions
Avoid manual steps when managing webinar series or recurring sessions
Scale your workflow, especially useful if you're managing multiple webinars at once
If you’re running regular webinars at scale, this one’s a time-saver. Maybe even a lifesaver.
