Office & Operations Manager

20+ hours · Dutch language · Zoetermeer

An office that runs smoothly feels effortless. Until, for a moment, it doesn’t. That is when you notice just how much needs to be arranged.

That is where you come in.

As Office Manager and Management Team Assistant, you make sure everything runs smoothly. You keep an overview, switch quickly, and arrange things before others even realise they are needed. From practical office matters to supporting the management team, you bring calm and structure to the day-to-day flow.

Are you someone who enjoys organising, keeping an overview, and moving quickly when needed? Do you like it when no two days are the same, and do you get energy from a role where you take care of all kinds of things? Then this role is probably a good fit for you.

One day, you are keeping track of office supplies, managing the mailbox, and following up on messages via LinkedIn. Next, you are organising a company outing, scheduling appointments, or supporting with various practical and administrative tasks. That variety is exactly what makes this role enjoyable.
