As an AI Automation Expert, you’ll design, build, and deploy smart workflows and internal tools that help our teams work faster and smarter. From automating repetitive tasks to launching AI-powered experiments, you’ll play a crucial role in scaling WebinarGeek to the next level.
You’ll be part of a small, fast-growing team where experimentation and innovation are key. Your mission: automate the busywork so our teams can focus on creativity, strategy, and customer success.

Who you are
- A builder mindset: you like to prototype, test, and launch useful tools quickly
- Experience with AI tools like OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, or Assistants API
- Fluent with automation platforms like Zapier, Make, Airtable, or similar
- Comfortable working with stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, Support & Product
- Bonus: some coding knowledge (Python or JavaScript)
- Structured thinker and clear communicator
- Curious about how businesses work — and how to improve them with automation
Your responsibilities

Identify opportunities for automation across departments and teams.

Build and maintain no-code or low-code internal tools to increase efficiency.

Prototype and test AI-driven workflows (e.g. follow-up email generation, auto-reporting)

Collaborate closely with teammates to deeply understand their processes.

Create documentation and trainings to help teams adopt and maintain tools.

Track the impact of your work: time saved, errors reduced, satisfaction improved.
