New options for sending emails
During a webinar campaign, a lot of different types of emails are being sent. This form of communication around your webinar is essential. Just for that reason, we keep improving this process all the time.
Email timing
It’s now possible to plan emails every 15 minutes instead of every hour. This will give you more flexibility in the moment you’d like to send people messages.
Check out how to plan an email here.
Directly sending reminder and follow-up emails
With the new options it’s now possible to send all mails directly (except for the confirmation mail). These no longer need to be scheduled beforehand, but can be sent directly afterwards.
Check out here how to send a follow-up mail immediately.
Improved sending history for emails
The overview for your sent emails history has been improved, which makes it easier to see when emails have been sent or are being sent.
Check out the new overview here for our new sent emails history.
Public replay statistics
For new webinars, it’s now possible to view statistics for your "public link" of the replay. Previously this was a general link and no statistics were shown. Obviously, we still don’t show who viewed the link, but the number of times when the link has been used. You will find these statistics under the "Viewers" tab for your webinar statistics.
Expanded integration with HubSpot
The integration with HubSpot has been expanded with the option to use HubSpot Forms to collect registrations for your webinar. You can add this as a new trigger and link your form to the webinar.
Read more about the options of the HubSpot integration here.
More possibilities with the API
API users can now filter registrations based on email and/or external_id, and also deregister registrations from your webinar. More details can be found in the API documentation.
