Tell us a bit about your company and your role. What does your work involve?

My name is Nell Putter, and I am the founder of the Calmfidence Academy. Our company focuses on inner transformation and resolving unconscious emotional blockages. My role is to help people lead a life of inner balance, confidence, and serenity, both professionally and personally.

What are the main goals of your webinars?

The main goal of my webinars is to show participants how to develop a state of inner serenity and confidence that is independent of external factors. This can be best achieved through workshops and coaching sessions where the topic can be illustrated with examples. For this purpose, we have used WebinarGeek as a tool because it has allowed me to train participants and show them how to cultivate this state of Calmfidence.

What did your most successful webinar look like? Were there specific goals or desired outcomes achieved?

Our most successful webinar, or our biggest success with WebinarGeek, was a series of on demand webinars. As a company, we aim to automate as much as possible, and WebinarGeek enables us to do just that. Our live webinars can be converted and automated. We found that this form of automation allows us to reach more customers and get closer to our goals without needing additional resources.

Through webinars, we were able to effectively convey our message and achieve positive results by helping participants overcome their inner blockages and lead a more serene life.

What interactive features do you want to offer your audience? For example, public or private live chat, polls or other interactions.

We offer various interactive features to our audience. For instance, we often use polls at the beginning of webinars to learn more about the participants and understand their needs better. We find the private chat function to be very helpful as it allows us to easily answer questions.

The call-to-action feature gives us an excellent opportunity to refer to various offers, and the integrated email funnel helps communicate and promote my offers even further.

Are there any other features in WebinarGeek that you would like to mention?

Yes, one feature I particularly like about WebinarGeek is that it allows you to create a framework, such as a webinar series, and refine it gradually. For example, I can add another webinar later, supplement an offer, or include additional emails. I also find it very helpful that WebinarGeek offers paid webinars, saving me the effort of organizing them myself.

What are your future plans for your webinars?

People often have specific issues that hinder them from achieving a state of Calmfidence. I would like to address all these topics in separate webinars.

Are there specific reasons why you chose WebinarGeek for your virtual events?

The story behind it is as follows: I had been planning to start webinars since 2020, but I actually began in 2022. I tried many other tools, but they were always so complex and challenging that I kept postponing it. WebinarGeek was so easy and intuitive that it was the only way I managed to get started. Additionally, the excellent customer support at WebinarGeek has been great in assisting with any questions.

Do you have any tips for other companies considering starting with webinars?

One tip from me is to take the time to dive into the subject and understand the basics. Once you grasp the foundation, it becomes very easy.

My second tip is to ask for customer support when there are uncertainties. The support team is quick and very helpful.

And I can also recommend having the courage to start and test. Not everything has to be perfect initially, but the start is essential. You can expand and improve everything created afterward.
