Product update: Duplicate evaluation forms!

Thanks to your feedback, we've created some awesome new features. Every day we work hard to develop the feature requests you send us. Here are the new features that have been added and which we have in development to create the best webinar experience!

Copy and expand the evaluation form 

After your webinar, you are probably curious to know if your audience found your presentation just as valuable as you did. As you know, the evaluation form is the ideal tool to measure that. That's why it was time to expand this feature! From now on it is possible to copy a complete evaluation form. Very convenient since this saves you time that you can spend on preparing your webinar (or use to sit in the sun, which is also important!). And if that is not enough; we also added another option: the rating scale. Useful for NPS (Net Promoter Score) questions. Do you use numbers for this rating? Then you can see exactly what the Net Promoter Score is in your statistics. Easy for you and your participants! 

Register for a series in one go with Zapier 

1, 2, 3: Action! Thanks to a new Zapier action, you now register your contacts for a complete series within a few clicks. You integrate WebinarGeek with 5000+ other tools. It is likely that you use Zapier for this. Series are perfect if you have a course that consists of multiple lessons. Participants receive all viewing links directly in one email. How's that for a clear overview! 

Coming soon: triggers to follow up on assessment results 

The assessment module works great if you want to measure who paid full attention during your webinar and answered all quiz questions correctly. You may want to reward viewers who pass the quiz questions with a certificate. To make this possible, we are busy developing a trigger that automatically takes care of this. Take complete assessments and effortlessly send an email afterwards with the certificate or a nice discount. More automatic follow-up options will come!
