If you logged into WebinarGeek recently and thought, something feels different, you’re right. We kicked off the year with a set of updates that focus on clarity, flexibility, and giving you more control, whether you run one webinar a month or manage multiple teams and brands.
Here’s what’s new, and why it matters for your day-to-day work.
A new WebinarGeek brand, built for who we are today
First things first, you’ll notice our new look.
We’ve refreshed the WebinarGeek brand with a new logo and updated colors. This isn’t change for the sake of change. It reflects how we’ve grown over the past 10 years, shaped by the businesses, educators, and teams who use WebinarGeek every day.
Same product, same reliability. Just a brand that better matches where we are now and where we’re heading next.
Benefits:
Makes WebinarGeek feel more consistent and modern across your customer experience
Helps your webinars look more professional at first glance (because design signals trust fast)
Sets the foundation for clearer product communication as we keep shipping updates
More control over buttons on your channels
You can now customize the webinar buttons on your channels with:
A custom label that matches your message
A custom action that fits your flow
That means fewer workarounds and more clarity for your viewers. Whether you want people to register, watch a replay, or take the next step right away, the button can finally say and do exactly what you need.
Benefits:
Reduces drop-off by making the next step obvious (no more “what do I click?” moments)
Lets you match the CTA to the goal of each webinar (register, watch replay, learn more, etc.)
Keeps your channel experience consistent, even when you run different webinar types
Upload presenter avatars, no Gravatar required
Managing presenters just got easier.
Instead of relying on Gravatar, you can now upload custom avatar images for presenters directly in your account. This is especially helpful if you work with guest speakers, rotating hosts, or internal teams who prefer a consistent, on-brand look.
Small change, but one that saves time and keeps everything looking professional.
Benefits:
Gives you full control over how presenters appear in your webinars
Saves time when onboarding guest speakers (no Gravatar setup required)
Helps your webinar room feel more polished and on-brand with consistent visuals
Multiple branding profiles, one structured account
If you manage different brands, departments, or clients, this one’s for you.
You can now create multiple branding profiles within your account and organize them across different workspaces. Each workspace can have its own look and feel, without mixing logos, colors, or settings.
The result is a cleaner structure, less confusion, and a setup that actually mirrors how your business works.
Benefits:
Keeps multi-team or multi-brand webinar programs clean and organized
Prevents “wrong logo, wrong colors” mistakes when switching between workspaces
Makes it easier to scale webinars across departments or clients without messy duplication
New data lifecycle rules for enterprise customers
For enterprise customers, we’ve added more control over data management. You can now set up custom data lifecycle rules to handle archival, anonymization, and deletion.
All based on your own policies and requirements. This makes it easier to stay compliant while keeping your data management predictable and transparent.
Benefits:
Supports compliance by aligning data handling with your internal policies
Reduces manual work by automating how data is archived, anonymized, or deleted
Improves governance and clarity, especially across larger teams and longer-running webinar programs
