Time to gather the crowds en masse with this new feature. Importing data into WebinarGeek has never been easier than today. If you used another means of webinar registration than the usual method, importing your contacts is the way to go. Everybody that imports data through this method will be sent a unique invite link to join the webinar. This way, you’ll know exactly who participated and will receive all the relevant statistical data about that person.

Import large amounts of registrations into WebinarGeek and generate a unique URL for all participants. It’s as simple as that.

What does it mean to import contacts?

Because you can now import contacts, registration can be done outside of the regular WebinarGeek registration process.

For example, by placing a registration form on your own website, or by advertising on Facebook and using the social media platform to generate leads.

You are now able to decide for yourself how you’d like to register the participants for your webinars!

When is it useful to import contacts?

We can think of several applications that make importing contacts useful. Below, you’ll find some useful examples to inspire you.

Registrations from your own website

You can now create your own registration page and ‘thank you’-page on your website. Or use another piece of software to create landing pages, such as LeadPages. The collected data can be imported into WebinarGeek after the fact. You can send out a unique URL to your contacts, allowing them to join the webinar in time.

Directly inviting contacts from your CRM system

It is now possible to export data from your CRM system and import them back into WebinarGeek. This allows you to directly invite long-term contacts, without forcing them to go to the webinar registration process.

Generating leads through Facebook Lead Ads

Use Facebook Lead Ads to collect webinar registrations. The collected data can be imported into WebinarGeek to send everyone a personal URL.
